About Us
Welcome to Belles & Shears hair salon, based in Hertford and managed by the proprietors Julie and Tracy. Both have worked in salons in London, various locations overseas and more locally at the luxury Hanbury Manor Hotel.
They have been in the industry for 28 years working with L’Oreal and Kerastase and Julie is a qualified L’Oreal Colour Specialist having completed a degree in this area.
Regardless of your hair type, you’ll find lots of superb short hairdos, including short wavy hairstyles, natural hairstyles for short hair, and short hairstyles for thick or fine hair.
